Refunds and Returns Policy

All backdrops are printed to order based on the size and design selected at checkout. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including where an incorrect size or design was ordered. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the rare event your backdrop arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of delivery, including your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. This helps us review the issue quickly and get it sorted for you.

LATE DELIVERIES

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier. Refunds or replacements are not issued for orders delivered later than the estimated delivery timeframe, provided the order is ultimately delivered.

REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED DELIVERIES

If a delivery is refused, missed, or uncollected and returned to us, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange as all backdrops are printed to order.
