We can customise selected designs or create solid backdrops to match your exact Hex or Pantone code.

To keep this service simple, fast, and accessible, custom colour matching is available exclusively on our clean, graphic designs within our Custom Colour Collection below, as well as solid colour backdrops. (we don't recommend recolouring wood, marble or tiles as it can look artificial). 


To request a custom colour backdrop, please email us with the following details:

1. Your Chosen Design: The design name from our Custom Colour Collection below or just write 'Solid Colour'.
   
2. Colour Reference: Your exact Hex code (e.g. #F3A1C2) or Pantone reference.
   
3. Size & Vinyl: Your preferred backdrop size and vinyl thickness.
   
4. Delivery Details: Your full shipping address and preferred delivery speed (Standard or Fast Track).

• 1. Custom Invoice: We will email you an invoice with a direct payment link with your backdrop, chosen shipping, plus a flat £20 file-setup fee.
  
• 2. PDF Proof (Within 1 Business Day): Once your payment clears, we will prepare your file and email you a digital PDF proof within 1 business day for approval.
  
• 3. Off to Print: Once you reply "APPROVED" to your proof, your backdrop enters our print queue! Please note once it's signed off and sent to print - it can't be cancelled or ammended.

• Turnaround & Timelines: Fast Track 2-3 business days / Standard 5 business days after you approve your digital proof. The production clock only starts once you reply 'APPROVED' to your proof email. If these are for booked shoots, we recommend building in buffer time in case of unexpected courier depot delays.
  
• Screen vs. Physical Ink: Digital PDF proofs on glowing screens (phones, laptops, tablets) display light (RGB). Physical vinyl backdrops are printed using ink (CMYK). backlit glass will never be a 100% optical match to physical ink under studio lighting but we do use the latest top quality print technology so only slight variations are expected.
