Create Beautiful Jewellery Photography with Premium Vinyl Backdrops

Jewellery Backdrops That Make Every Shot Shine

Our jewellery photography backdrops are captured from real textures such as marble, wood, stone and tile, giving you a natural, high-end look without the hassle of real materials.

With a matte finish that helps minimise glare and reflections, they’re a practical choice for jewellery photographers at every level. Rollable and portable, they’re easy to carry and store. What’s more, they’re flexible, spring open when unpacked and lay flat immediately, so you can start styling and shooting straight away.

And, another bonus – they’re also fully water-resistant, making them ideal for creative jewellery shoots featuring water droplets, reflective pools or wet-look styling.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT DESIGN?

The right backdrop should feel like part of the brand, not just the set. More than just a styling surface – it creates the mood, lifts your hero piece and completes the story, helping to define how your brand is seen by customers.

Our photography backdrops make it easy to create polished, consistent images for your jewellery brand, whether you’re shooting fine, modern or statement designs.

We’ve got everything from velvet curtain effects, which look fab behind your set as luxury product photography backgrounds, to tiles and marbles that pair perfectly with Moroccan and Indian styles. You’ll also find natural textures that look lovely under handmade pieces and boho beads. For a cleaner look, there are minimalist concrete designs, plus well over 50 white backdrops – a jewellery photographer’s studio essential.

What colour backdrop is best for jewellery photography?

White photography backdrops keep the focus firmly on the jewellery and show every piece in crisp, close-up detail, with nothing in the background to distract.

Soft sands and warm beiges work beautifully with contemporary jewellery and outdoor-inspired shoots. Grey looks great with bright gemstones, while darker backdrops create contrast and keep all the attention on your hero piece. Greens always look stunning with botanical props and vivid brights help metallics pop and give your shots a stronger, more styled look.

Every backdrop has been thoroughly road-tested on real shoots by brands of all sizes, so you can trust it to deliver beautiful results, shoot after shoot.

How do I set up photography backdrops?

You can use them a few different ways, but the two main setups are:

Flat lay photography—ideal for styled, top-down shots. Just lay your backdrop on a table or the floor and shoot with an overarm tripod or C-stand rig. They can also double up as imitation flooring.

Vertical sets— use delicate masking to tape your backdrop to the wall behind your scene or clamp it to a horizontal arm on a stand.

Product risers—just one lighter vinyl photography backdrop can help you create your own matching jewellery risers and product blocks. Wrap the vinyl around small boxes or foam blocks, then add different heights and layers to keep the whole shoot looking beautifully pulled together.
