Good morning! Black Velvet Styling is moving out of our studio space in December and with that comes new order info and delivery timescales.
If you have ordered during the Black Friday sale please bear with us while we get all of your extra backdrops ready - you cleared a lot of our stock and we are receiving new stock to fulfil your orders each day!
Orders made after today, 29th November will see the new delivery options which now include the processing, dispatch and delivery time.
The options are -
STANDARD for delivery in 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday)
EXPRESS for delivery in 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
For your order to be processed today (Day 0) we must receive it by 1pm on a business day (Monday to Friday) otherwise the next business day will be your Day 0 and the lead times will follow from there.
For example,
Order at 10am Monday and choose EXPRESS delivery to get it on Wednesday.
Order at 8pm Monday and choose EXPRESS delivery to get it on Thursday.
As always, we are basing these timings on the promises of our delivery partners and we advise you always have a plan B if you are ordering last minute.
EXPRESS shipments are tracked with DPD and you should be given a delivery time window - please ensure your mobile number is on the order to receive their updates.
