Here you will find lots of boring but very important info regarding order deadlines, last post dates and our holiday working (and dispatching) days.
So, first off! For custom photography backdrops made to order (hand-painted and mounted boards) please order by 1pm on Friday the 9th of December.
AND email us immediately with your references/colour charts (if we haven't already discussed on email beforehand). Your backdrop commissions can't be started until we know what you want!
Our production schedule is filling up so don't delay if you want us to squeeze you in before Christmas!
For in-stock, printed backdrops on paper and vinyl our last UK posting dates for Christmas 2022 are -
- Wednesday 14th December with Royal Mail (they say Friday 16th but I'd say earlier to be safe!)
- Tuesday 20th December with DHL
As usual all orders must be placed by 1pm for same working day dispatch Monday to Thursday and if your order has anything on backorder (noted in red) it will be held for up to 7 days for your complete order to ship together - so if you want it sooner don't include items on backorder in your order!
Our website is always open and taking orders but we only dispatch on working days, Monday - Thursday.
Our 2022/2023 holiday working days will be -
Thursday 22nd December - open 9am to 3pm
Friday 23rd December - closed
Saturday 24th December - closed
Sunday 25th December - closed
Monday 26th December - closed
Tuesday 27th December - closed
Wednesday 28th December - 9am to 3pm
Thursday 29th December - 9am to 3pm
Friday 30th December - closed
Saturday 31st December - closed
Sunday 1st January - closed
Monday 2nd January - closed
Tuesday 3rd January - 9am to 3pm
Then we go back to our usual working hours of Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm and dispatching orders Monday to Thursday, except UK bank holidays.
Please understand that if you order on a weekend or 'closed' weekday your order will be dispatched the following dispatching day.
